Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,036 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Emergency Room Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Department required. License : Valid Registered Nurse License required. Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred. Must-Have : - Epic charting system experience required. - Pass Fail EKG exam required for all RNs. Description : Candidate must be aware of the job description prior to submission. Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and aware of the zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Candidate should confirm there are no barriers to completing compliance on time. Candidate must pass an EKG exam during compliance. Candidate is allowed 2 attempts to pass the exam. Study material for the EKG exam is not provided. Candidate will work three 12-hour shifts per week, with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM. Two weekend shifts or four weekend days are required per six weeks. Holidays may be necessary. No call required. Previous charge RN experience and Level II trauma experience preferred. Skills required include management of dysrhythmias, central line care, arterial line management, blood product administration, and more. Unit includes adult patients with a variety of diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support is available.
