Installer Position

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Installers. The ideal candidates should be able to proficiently use hand and power tools, and read work instructions or blueprints independently from day one. The role involves installing and assembling high-end office furniture in various office and healthcare settings. Reporting to a foreman, you will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Use hand and power tools to install and assemble office furniture such as cubicles, tables, desks, filing cabinets, and chairs.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Assist in unloading trucks at the work site.
• Work on electrical panels and components including AV equipment and TV installations.
• Interact with clients if the work site is not shut down.

Work Environment :

You will be working in various office settings around the Twin Cities. Team members are required to wear black pants and, at some sites, steel-toed boots. Tools will be provided, and candidates are expected to keep any additional required attire in their vehicles. This role involves traveling to different sites in your vehicle, with training and certification provided.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
