Your Role as an RBT :
Provide home-based ABA therapy during weekday afternoons, with weekend work also available.Provide direct, high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy, following detailed behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs.Accurately collect and document data on behavior and skill development.Help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills.Engage with supervising BCBAs regularly for training, collaboration, and professional growth.Contribute actively to a supportive and positive team environment.Are You a Fit for Our Team?
