Your Role as an RBT :

  • Provide home-based ABA therapy during weekday afternoons, with weekend work also available.
  • Provide direct, high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy, following detailed behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Accurately collect and document data on behavior and skill development.
  • Help clients build essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Engage with supervising BCBAs regularly for training, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Contribute actively to a supportive and positive team environment.

    Ideal candidates for the RBT position at United Care ABA :

  • Hold current RBT certification and have experience providing ABA therapy.

  • Qualifications :

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Prior experience working with children, especially in behavioral, developmental, or educational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and data-tracking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
