This is a remote position that can be hired in North Carolina.

This position is part of the Enterprise Digital Design organization at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. It involves defining the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels, providing expert consultation, leading design and user testing, and collaborating with IT teams. The role is embedded within a design team for the SVB Go commercial banking platform, focusing on various aspects such as administration, security, and money movement for digital platform users.

Responsibilities Drive strategic monitoring and enhancement of the Bank's digital user experience, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.

Support digital products, channels, and initiatives, mentoring less experienced designers as needed.

Conduct user testing, develop test plans, and analyze engagement and acceptance data.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coordinating with IT on digital deliverables.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of user experience design experience or High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience.

Preferred experience in Financial Services, commercial banking platforms, and design research.

Skills include experience with design systems, user research, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Agile environments, and understanding of payments products for commercial banking clients.
