General Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept leader to drive global product marketing strategy for 5G and emerging 6G technologies. This role will unify strategic marketing, technical positioning, and ecosystem engagement across infrastructure, devices, research and standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a passion for shaping the future of wireless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide marketing for 5G and 6G technologies, including modem and RF Front-End products, infrastructure products, wireless research, standards, and licensing.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities aligned with company-wide and business unit objectives, technology roadmaps, and standards developments.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, research, standards, global affairs, and standards teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
• Own messaging, positioning, and content development for global campaigns, events, and executive communications.
• Drive thought leadership through assets such as presentations, webinars, blog posts, videos, white papers, web pages, social media, media engagements, and industry forums.
• Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform marketing strategy and technology differentiation.
• Spearhead cross-functional marketing teams to launch and promote 5G and 6G products and research & development initiatives.
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of product and technical marketers.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
• Serve as a spokesperson and thought leader, articulating Qualcomm’s AI vision and technical advancements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to adhere to the company's onsite work policy.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits

$223,400.00 - $335,200.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
