Travel Nurse Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania 17815

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 24, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00pm – 7 : 00am)

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Schedule : Every other weekend and every other holiday; no on-call required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state

At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) nursing experience

Experience in LDRP and Nursery required

Preferred : Operating Room (OR) circulating experience for C-sections

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

L&D Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units

Participate in deliveries with a collaborative midwifery team

Circulate in the OR for C-section procedures (preferred)

Care for patients in an 8-bed postpartum unit and a 3-bed labor unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery

Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth process

Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
