We’re a locally owned franchise with six busy salons in the Oconomowoc area, and we’re looking for a vibrant, fun, and experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our amazing teams. If you’re a people person who loves making a difference and having fun while doing it, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead a team of talented stylists and create a fun, positive, and energetic salon environment.
  • Provide the best customer service (you’ll be the go-to person for our awesome clients!).
  • Help your team shine by training, motivating, and mentoring them to reach their full potential.
  • Manage the salon’s daily operations like a pro—scheduling, staffing, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Keep the salon clean, safe, and welcoming for both clients and staff.
  • Handle customer concerns with grace and professionalism, and always make sure they leave smiling!
  • Get creative with promotions and events to keep things fresh and exciting for our clients.

What You Need to Rock This Role :

  • Previous salon experience- Current Cosmetology License (management experience is a bonus!).
  • A natural leader with strong communication and people skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep the salon running smoothly.
  • A positive attitude and an ability to bring the fun!
  • Flexible and adaptable—you know how to handle a busy day with a smile.
