Summary :
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where you will provide both routine and complex nursing care. With a focus on patient-centered outcomes, you will demonstrate clinical expertise and independence while addressing the diverse needs of patients and their families.
Responsibilities :

- Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to provide high-quality care for your assigned patients.
- Meet the complex emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and families while adhering to your nursing practice level.
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document important details including patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess educational needs and deliver education to patients, family members, and caregivers, while identifying necessary resources.
Job Requirements : Education / Skills :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience :
At least 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications :
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.RN License in the state of employment or compact is required.Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) certifications are also required.Position Requirements :
New hires must complete New Nurse Orientation within the first 30 days.Orientation includes designated precepting by trained staff and competency validation.Participate in a residency program if newly licensed, with skills completion documented through our tracking system.Complete all annual competency verification requirements to maintain your role.Work Schedule : 3 Days - 12 Hours
