Phlebotomist Floater

As a Phlebotomist Floater, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics / locations. • QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range :

All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with 1-hour lunch break

(floater will cover area of Columbus, Phenix city AL. and Americus)

Float Incentive : Additional $1.00 / hour plus mileage reimbursement.
