What You’ll Do :

• Participate in a structured  management and marketing training program
• Learn the fundamentals of  event marketing, brand promotions, and campaign execution
• Assist in managing live marketing events and promotional campaigns
• Interact directly with customers to represent client brands and messaging
• Support team leadership, training, and daily operations
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with senior managers to learn  business operations and team developmen
