Overview
This position's primary responsibilities are to support the organization's strategy development, strategy execution, and continuous improvement program. This role involves actively engaging strategic leadership team and front-line employees to guide the successful execution of organization-wide strategic initiatives and improvement projects utilizing operational technologies across company business units.
Education
- Minimum : Four (4) year bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, information technology, engineering or equivalent.
- Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience
Minimum : Six (6) years' experience with technology solution implementations including systems integration across various grid infrastructure platforms and / or experience in strategic development and execution, business process analysis, design and continuous improvement.Preferred : Experience within an electric utility or related industry.Other Requirements
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy machines and telephone.Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations.Normal work hours will be eight (8) hours Monday through Friday, between 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday.Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.J-18808-Ljbffr
