Who You Are

Licensed in the state of Maryland : LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent

Experienced in individual, group, or family therapy

Committed to client-centered, ethical, evidence-based care

Skilled in working with diverse populations

Passionate about mental wellness and personal growth

Your Role

Provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, families, or groups

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

Help clients set and achieve meaningful goals

Job Summary

The Holistic Group is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionateand effective counseling to adults and minors experiencing mental health and behavioralchallenges. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clientsin achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.We prioritize clinician wellness by offering a HIPAA-compliant AI-powered tool thatsignificantly reduces documentation time, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful therapysessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to assess client needs and develop

personalized treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to

address client concerns.

Develop and implement individual treatment plans, setting appropriate milestones to

gauge progress.

Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs when necessary.

Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals for comprehensive client

care.

Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral health.

Requirements

Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.

Active Maryland license : LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC (Required).

Qualifications

Experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.

Strong ability to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive environment.

Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-centered approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
