Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to collaborate on a complex project involving the development of instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to create simplified instructional materials for online courses focused on clinical trials

Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements that enrich the learning experience

Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for effective online learning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred

Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content

Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator

Preferred experience in biotech / pharmaceutical / GxP or other highly regulated industries
