We’re thrilled to offer a $5,000 Signing Bonus and a competitive hourly base pay of up to $75 per hour with uncapped bonus potential!

About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing Dental Hygienist? If you’re passionate about dental health and love building strong relationships with patients, we want you on our team! In this role, you’ll perform essential dental hygiene procedures, educate patients on best practices, and proactively contribute to their oral health journey.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Patient Care : Conduct thorough hygiene procedures such as scaling and root planing, gingivitis scaling, and prophylaxis.
  • Assessment : Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, medical history evaluations, and caries risk assessments.
  • Patient Education : Guide patients on necessary hygiene treatments based on assessments.
  • X-Rays : Take digital radiographs as needed for accurate diagnosis.
  • Treatment Planning : Collaborate on personalized treatment plans based on assessments and dentist recommendations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with dentists and other professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Patient Interaction : Engage with patients in a friendly manner, addressing their concerns and questions.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans and completed procedures.
  • Infection Control : Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
  • License : Valid state dental hygiene license.
  • Certifications : CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Laser Certification (where required).
