Job Title : Rounding Physician Assistant

Compensation : $105,000 to $120,000

Position Summary :

This Monday–Friday Physician Assistant role offers independence, purpose, and balance. As part of our rounding group, you’ll visit patients in local senior living communities, deliver consistent care, and help keep them safely at home.

Responsibilities :

• Provide primary care and medical follow-up in senior settings
• Participate in care planning and transitions
• Collaborate with office support teams and nursing staff
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
