As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the community. You will interact with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. By conducting routine patrols, you contribute to a welcoming and secure environment.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activityMonitor entrances, common areas, and outdoor spaces to help to deter prohibited behavior and promote a secure environmentDocument and report any observed incidents, hazards, or irregularities to Allied Universal management and / or site contacts as requiredAssist residents and visitors with inquiries or concerns, maintaining a visible and approachable presence throughout the locationFollow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client site to support security-related operationsWhat We're Looking For :
