Position Summary :

We are seeking a full-time chiropractor to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled, and motivated to deliver high-quality chiropractic care. You will work closely with our team to evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, and help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, re-examinations, and daily patient treatments

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Deliver chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education

Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation (required within 48 hours)

Participate in interdisciplinary referrals when appropriate (pain management, orthopedics, imaging centers)

Collaborate with staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

Educate patients on lifestyle, ergonomic, and at-home exercise strategies

Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and ethics

Qualifications :

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Active (or eligible for) Connecticut chiropractic license in good standing

Strong adjusting skills in both manual and instrument-assisted techniques

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

A commitment to evidence-based care and continued professional development

Experience with personal injury and / or rehabilitation-based chiropractic care is a plus
