Responsibilities and duties :
- Managing incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identifying client's needs, clarify information and obtain necessary information for further processing
- Assist with setting new client appointments
- Assist with processing payments
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service role is a plus but not requiredStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degree or equivalentBilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not requireSalary : $15.50 per hour
