Summary and Objective
The Network Sales Business Development role is a customer-facing position focused on growing wholesale and network sales. This role manages key accounts, develops new reseller and affiliate relationships, and strengthens customer loyalty. Significant travel, including to client sites, industry trade shows, and conferences, is expected.
Essential Functions

- Manage relationships with high-value wholesale and reseller accounts.
- Identify and secure new reseller, broker, and affiliate relationships.
- Manage and enhance FlyExclusive's customer loyalty program.
- Partner with Sales Support and Operations to resolve service issues.
- Generate quarterly business reports highlighting revenue trends and account performance.
- Deliver professional presentations to clients and represent FlyExclusive at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales / Leads, Sales Reps, and Support teams to align business development activity with overall goals.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
5+ years in business development, account management, or sales in aviation or high-value services.Proven track record of securing and growing major accounts.Strong service orientation with issue resolution skills.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience producing professional client-facing business reports.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (25-50%).Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.
