Compensation

Salary Range for Bar Manager : $76,900.00 - $96,100.00 annual base salary. Note : The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Job Purpose

The Bar Manager leads the bar operations, oversees bartenders, ensures service excellence, and maintains brand standards for beverage service. They are accountable for driving bar profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development.
