Front-End Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating front-end loaders to ensure the production line is consistently stocked with raw materials. Your role includes loading materials into the aggregate silo, performing quality control and sampling of raw materials, and ensuring proper rotation and placement of finished goods. You will also be responsible for correctly labeling and packaging products for inventory and ensuring that packaged quantities meet quality standards. Completing daily paperwork, including equipment inspection reports, is an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Operate front-end loaders to supply the production line with raw materials.
• Load materials into the aggregate silo.
• Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials.
• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods.
• Properly label and package products for inventory.
• Verify packaged quantities and quality are up to standards.
• Complete daily paperwork, including equipment inspection reports.

Work Environment :

The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays. The work environment consists of a facility with 50 employees and involves machinery that mixes and pulverizes rock to make pavers, creating a loud, dirty, and temperature-variable environment. Strict safety policies are in place, and employees are required to wear PPE, including long pants, steel toe work boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats in some areas.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanatoga, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
