Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Active CA License
  • BC
  • BLS
  • DEA
  • With 3 yrs of experience in a similar setting
  • PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
  • NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II
  • CVs must have month & date on work experience w / all gaps in employment accounted for
  • Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results etc
