Job Title : Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling catheters that help prevent aneurysms in the brain. This position primarily involves working in a cleanroom environment using a microscope and small hand tools to assemble intricate components such as coiling wire and small tubing. The pay rate for the 2nd shift ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on your experience and performance during the assessment and interview. Additionally, you may be eligible for a $1 raise after three months and another raise when you transition to a permanent position, along with full benefits coverage.

Work Environment
You'll be working in a cleanroom environment, wearing full gown attire. The work culture encourages communication and building good relationships as long as quality and productivity are maintained. The manager is supportive and provides multiple chances based on good attendance and effort. Current work schedules require 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, averaging 40 to 45 hours weekly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
