Your duties consist of evaluating patient conditions, formulating and executing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and create personalized care plans\n
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed\n
  • Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate medical records\n
  • Provide wound care and essential nursing interventions\n
  • Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure complete and holistic care\n

  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
  • A compassionate and caring approach to patient care\n
  • An interest in working with aged and chronically ill patients\n
  • Robust clinical skills paired with critical thinking abilities\n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n
