Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's preferred). Senior-level tax experience preparing and reviewing personal and business tax returns. Proficiency with tax software (experience with ProSystem fx is a plus). Strong tax research and writing skills. Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills. Client-focused and dependable - responsive and reliable. Intellectually curious and committed to continuous improvement. Practical problem-solver who tailors solutions to client needs. Strong communicator and collaborator - comfortable working with clients and internal teams. Community-minded and professional in client interactions.
Overview
- We are hiring a Tax Senior to join a growing tax and advisory team.
- The role focuses on tax return review and research, assisting managers and partners with complex income tax returns, and supporting clients with quality tax planning and advisory services.
- Review and research complex individual and business tax returns.
- Assist tax managers and partners with preparation and review of complex returns.
- Perform tax research and prepare written findings / recommendations.
- Support client tax planning and projections.
- Collaborate with associates and partners to deliver high-quality client service.
