A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead -Primarily remote.
Key Responsibilities
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Customer Service module
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform technologies
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead
8 years of experience in managing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service
8 years of experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs in D365
5 years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#
3 years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse
