Responsibilities

The Application Support Intern will deliver application support for primary incident resolution or escalation to appropriate IT teams as needed.

Manage issue intake, investigation, and resolution with excellent communication skills while supporting multiple applications

Log 100% of issues into the ticketing system to include description of issue, troubleshooting performed, resolution and / or purpose for escalation

Follow knowledge articles to ensure the required troubleshooting, information gathered and escalations are handled accurately

Ensure applications follow standards for better supportability while reporting any deviants from said standards as an issue to be resolved

Responsible to work with the IT teams and architects to drive standards for increased supportability which includes striving to deliver a single pane of glass for bugs, errors, etc

Identify and report security risks in accordance with compliance

Qualifications

Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

SQL knowledge

Attention to detail

Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Pay Range

$20.00 per hour
