Responsibilities
The Application Support Intern will deliver application support for primary incident resolution or escalation to appropriate IT teams as needed.
Manage issue intake, investigation, and resolution with excellent communication skills while supporting multiple applicationsLog 100% of issues into the ticketing system to include description of issue, troubleshooting performed, resolution and / or purpose for escalationFollow knowledge articles to ensure the required troubleshooting, information gathered and escalations are handled accuratelyEnsure applications follow standards for better supportability while reporting any deviants from said standards as an issue to be resolvedResponsible to work with the IT teams and architects to drive standards for increased supportability which includes striving to deliver a single pane of glass for bugs, errors, etcIdentify and report security risks in accordance with complianceQualifications
Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)Completion of  junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to applyCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldCommutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving abilitiesSQL knowledgeAttention to detailTime management skills with ability to meet deadlinesThe pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
