Job description
  • Established outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Pueblo, CO.
  • EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
  • Enjoy a busy clinic schedule seeing about 15 patients / day.
  • Must be interested in Permanent placement - not accepting Locums candidates
  • Cannot accept visa candidates

    • ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism - REQUIRED
    • Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
    • Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
    • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
