As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, educating clients on insurance products, and helping them select the best coverage options to meet their needs. This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
 - Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
 - Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (life, health, property, etc.).
 - Provide personalized consultations and build long-term relationships with clients.
 - Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
 - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 - Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
 
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus (insurance industry experience preferred).Must have or be willing to obtain relevant state insurance license(s).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
