IAM Compliance

Job Description :

The role of the Business Analyst (BA) consists of assisting the customer IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance team with the implementation of new Identity and Access Management program (IAM) related tools, along with post implementation testing, support, and enhancements.

The BA will be accountable for working cross-functionally to deliver quality and timely outcomes. In addition, the BA will assist IT compliance analyst SMEs with various NERC CIP Identity and Access Management data analysis efforts.

Responsibilities :

• The BA will work with IT compliance analysts SMEs to help create and execute test scripts, create documentation, and create training for the upcoming implementation of a new IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution, called the IAM CIP Access Matrix.
• Post implementation, the BA will help further analyze the related processes, create additional new requirements, and create / execute functionality testing scripts as required.
• In addition, the BA will assist with the development of sustainable methods to gather, compare, and assess the integrity of the data within the IAM CIP Access Matrix.
