OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY

COMMUNITY

New York City within the 5 boroughs. Live and practice primary care in the word's entertainment capital. Choose from 3 clinics in and around Queens, Brooklyn & the Bronx.

OVERVIEW

Value based care for seniors in a neighborhood clinic setting where classes are offered, transportation provided if necessary, meaningful doctor relationships & the welcoming atmosphere feels like home.

Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with onsite labs. Care providers team at each location is 3-5 (mix of NP's and Primary Care Physicians)

ROLE

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

'Avg. 12-14 patients a day

' 40 minutes with each new patient

' Patient's care team includes You, PA or NP, Scribe, MA, Social Worker

'Monday thru Friday- No nights, No weekends!

Community room patient activities : Exercise, events, yoga, dance, spa days

PACKAGE

Base Salary range $220-$250k dependent on experience

Incentive bonus on top of base- determined by quality metrics

YOU

BC / BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Ability to obtain / maintain medical license in state of New York

Bilingual Spanish + EMR proficiency preferred

Geriatrics experience ideal

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
