We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (Per Diem) who can deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you’ll practice independently, provide both routine and complex nursing care, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice , including patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols, monitoring for side effects and patient response.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Address patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and available support resources.
• Delegate and assign tasks appropriately to other healthcare providers to ensure effective workflow and patient safety.
• Demonstrate leadership competencies in self-management, teamwork, and patient advocacy.
