As an Airport Traffic Control Officer in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, directing and managing flow of traffic, enforcing security protocols and procedures helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type : Part Time - Morning Shift

Pay Rate : $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Wed 05 : 00 AM - 01 : 30 PM

Thur 07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Requirements : 20+ Years of Age

Valid Drivers License

Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge

Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential threats and maintain order.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and site personnel to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Follow all Allied Universal and client site policies related to security-related operations and emergency response activities.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
