Position : Office Applications Specialist (2 positions - provisional)

Location : Regional Information Center / Student Data Services - Raymond A. Defeo Administration Building Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level telephone support to customers for all aspects of Student Management System software applications.
• Train and assist school district personnel to use Management System software applications.
• Provide in-district and helpdesk support and training on all Student Management System modules and services.
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Salary : $58,232 (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)

Start Date : ASAP
