What You'll Do :

As a Medical Billing and Coding / Revenue Cycle Management Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting billing and revenue cycle operations across TFHC clinics. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position combines hands-on experience with structured learning to help you build a solid foundation in healthcare administration.

You'll learn how to :

• Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims
• Review patient encounters for billing completeness
• Post payments and assist with claim follow-up or denials
• Support financial reporting and reimbursement processes
• Communicate with payers and internal teams to resolve billing issues

You'll gain practical experience in billing systems, insurance procedures, and compliance while developing skills for a stable and rewarding healthcare career.
