A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver maintenance and support services to customers using ServiceMax products.
Key Responsibilities
Log, replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical support cases for customers
Communicate updates and resolutions to customers while managing client relationships
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement software updates and support activities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in providing technical product support solutions
3-5 years of Information Technology experience
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM is mandatory
Hands-on exposure to a major Relational Database Management System (Oracle and / or SQL Server preferred)
Must be able to work in a remote environment and adjust work schedule for extended hours and weekends
