$45,000k-$50,000k Base + Commission

Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

What you’ll be doing :

  • Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate data in our CRM and procurement systems
  • Develop customer pricing proposals in collaboration with our advisory team
  • Prepare insightful, visually compelling presentations and reports that communicate our value and results
  • Track renewals, pricing updates, and key milestones to keep accounts running smoothly
  • Coordinate with suppliers, utilities, and internal experts to ensure timely execution
  • Be a responsive, proactive point of contact for clients — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued
  • Research target companies and decision-makers, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry data, and market intelligence
  • Execute thoughtful outreach campaigns : cold emailing, calling, and LinkedIn engagement to 300 target clients
  • Qualify prospects against target profile and book high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders.
  • Handle objections with credibility and professionalism
  • Keep CRM records accurate, tracking activity and results with discipline
  • Who we’re looking for :

  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, sales operations, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communicator — confident on the phone, articulate in writing, and persuasive in presentations
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and skilled at building rapport quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the dynamics of the energy market
  • Experience in energy, sustainability, or consulting is a plus but not required
