What you’ll be doing :
Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate data in our CRM and procurement systemsDevelop customer pricing proposals in collaboration with our advisory teamPrepare insightful, visually compelling presentations and reports that communicate our value and resultsTrack renewals, pricing updates, and key milestones to keep accounts running smoothlyCoordinate with suppliers, utilities, and internal experts to ensure timely executionBe a responsive, proactive point of contact for clients — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valuedResearch target companies and decision-makers, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry data, and market intelligenceExecute thoughtful outreach campaigns : cold emailing, calling, and LinkedIn engagement to 300 target clientsQualify prospects against target profile and book high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders.Handle objections with credibility and professionalismKeep CRM records accurate, tracking activity and results with disciplineWho we’re looking for :
1–3 years of experience in account coordination, sales operations, or inside sales (B2B preferred)Strong communicator — confident on the phone, articulate in writing, and persuasive in presentationsComfortable with cold outreach and skilled at building rapport quicklyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the dynamics of the energy marketExperience in energy, sustainability, or consulting is a plus but not required#ZR
