The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the training, development, and coordination of IMA's medical staff across multiple office locations. This position ensures clinical staff are fully prepared to deliver quality care, remain compliant with regulatory standards, and consistently meet client and contract requirements. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing education for medical staff to ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a resource for staff and managers on protocols, policies, equipment use, and contract requirements.
• Conduct audits, performance evaluations, and competency assessments to maintain quality assurance and readiness for inspections.
• Oversee equipment compliance, inventory, and troubleshooting of clinical workflows, billing, and operational issues.
• Partner with leadership to support new client startups, contract compliance, and continuous process improvement.
