Job Description :
Reporting to Equinix’s VP Sales, West, this Senior Director, Sales will lead a high-performing team, driving thought leadership and robust account management. This sales leader will provide direction in planning, organizing and leading sales growth initiatives, client relationship building and customer satisfaction, working in partnership with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. This leader will also play a key role in building and fostering a high-performance, customer‑centric and values‑driven environment within Equinix’s Bay Area office and company‑wide.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are :
United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 422,000 - 634,000 USD / Annual
The targeted pay range listed reflects On‑Target Earnings or OTE, which is base pay plus commissions, and does not include equity or benefits. Equity may be offered depending on the position. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
