This position will be located in our West Hollywood, CA office.

LegalZoom wants employees who are passionate about delivering world-class experiences & products to our customers! As an Associate Vendor Manager at LegalZoom, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our nationwide vendor network that supports Registered Agent and Virtual Mail line of businesses. You will focus on initiating vendor agreements, driving accountability, and ensuring consistent communication and performance across our third-party vendor managed sites.

You Will :

• Serve as the primary liaison between LegalZoom and its 100+ third-party Platform operations vendors, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Monitor vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs. Escalate and resolve issues promptly, working collaboratively with vendors to drive improvements and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Initiate and manage vendor agreements, onboarding, and documentation. Support site transitions including vendor selection, setup, and coordination.
• Partner with internal and external teams in cross-functional meetings and strategic initiatives, from planning through implementation and ongoing refinement.
• Support the creation, management, and delivery of new and existing training materials for vendors. Maintain a knowledge base of relevant policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contacts, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance logs.
• Assist in supporting daily operations across all vendor-managed sites, identifying and removing bottlenecks to ensure smooth performance. Collect vendor feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct ongoing check-insboth virtual and in personto align on expectations, review performance, and reinforce LegalZoom's commitment to service excellence.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the success of Platform Operations and LegalZoom's overall objectives.

You Have :

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($70,900 - $91,900). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to : geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and / or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and / or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
