Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and driven Window and Door Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Close sales of premium windows and doors with a high percentage of success.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Travel to clients’ homes to conduct consultations and sales presentations.
• Utilize effective multitasking skills to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously.
• Accurately measure window and door sizes to ensure precise fitting and installation.
• Utilize various software and CRMs to finalize and process window and door orders efficiently.

Requirements :

Compensation and Benefits : This is a 1099 position offering a competitive commission structure of 10% total commission in a split format, designed to incentivize an engaged sales process.
