A company is looking for a People Business Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support people leaders by providing guidance and coaching to enhance team development
Handle employee relations, including complaints and conflict resolution, while interpreting company policies
Drive corrective action processes and maintain a positive work environment for employee development
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
Extensive experience with corrective / disciplinary action practices
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
Formal education preferred, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Training or certification as a coach is preferred
