A company is looking for a Provider Member Liaison to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance for new and existing providers
Maintain regular communication with providers and members through various mediums
Create educational training content and conduct provider training sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a Human Service / Education field
Minimum of 1 year of experience with utilization management
Experience in customer service or education
Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing documentation against established standards
Knowledge of training or workplace learning methodologies
