Endless Energy is looking to grow its sales team to help home and business owners throughout Massachusetts seeking mini-split and duct heat pump HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing residential and commercial customer needs, building relationships with customers throughout their process, providing timely quotes, and working closely with both our sales and installation teams.

We are specifically looking for experience HVAC sales or Comfort Advisors OR experience selling service technicians to fill this role. There is no cold calling required as a part of the sales process within our organization.

This position is a hybrid work from home position, where you will spend your time in the field on customer appointments, and work from home primarily the rest of the time. There will be days / times that you will be expected to travel to our corporate office located in Marlborough, MA for team meetings and or trainings. The ability to reliably commute to your market territory and to the office for meetings is needed to be successful in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct presentations to prospective HVAC and solar customers and provide outstanding communication and service to the customer throughout the sales experience
• Maintain a working knowledge of heat pumps, AC systems, boilers, and furnaces.
• Ensure active, on-going contact with prospective accounts from initial presentation through closing to insure project is secured
• Meet the sales objectives as set forth in the marketing plan and budget
• Complete follow-up calls in a timely manner
• Accurately complete, with the support of sales admin, all sales paperwork and securing necessary deposit
• Prepare and maintain sales reports for all accounts including appointments completed and account notes
• Maintain all account records and files in company Customer Relations Management (CRM)
• Attend all company meetings or professional development seminars relative to the position and continued performance improvement as requested
• Participate at public relations / marketing events and trade shows as assigned
• Work cooperatively with other Account Managers, administration and management using a team approach
• Consistently uphold the mission, values and code of ethics of Endless Energy
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company intellectual property
