Description

EHM Senior Solutions is eager to welcome a new Recruiter to our team. The primary purpose of your job position is to participate in talent initiatives including, but not limited to, full life cycle recruiting, on boarding, benefits, team member engagement and retention.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review applicant resumes.
• Call and screen qualified applicants.
• Guide new employees through the onboarding process.
• Set up interviews accordingly for each department.
• Start new employee files, as well as maintain current employee files.
• Post job openings to job boards.
• Enter new employees into Payroll system.
• Coordinate orientation dates with hiring managers

Qualifications

Job requirements:

• Must have healthcare experience
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Effective communication (written and verbal) skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred experience:

• Basic understanding of healthcare duties
• Basic understanding of healthcare responsibilities of various positions (i.e., RN, LPN, CNA, caregivers, etc.).
