What You'll Be Doing :

As a Print Operator, you’ll take the lead on operating our HP Digital Press , ensuring each job meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Running and maintaining the HP digital press for optimal output.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
  • Managing color accuracy to meet exact client specifications.
  • Overseeing raw materials and inventory to ensure continuous production.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring to the Role :

We're looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will have :

  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail in a high-speed environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating digital printing systems (knowledge of other digital presses a plus).
  • A team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational habits and a proactive work ethic.
