HCT seeks certified medical staff services professionals for interim assignments. Under the direction of the department leader, you will provide assistance with the medical staff credentialing / privileging process for new and reappointment applications and temporary privileges and resolving issues / complaints.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelors in healthcare field preferred
• Experience : Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Medical Staff Services professional within a hospital setting; must have working knowledge of Medical Staff credentialing including initial applications, reappointments, expirables, and meeting minutes
• Certifications : CPCS and / or CPMSM preferred
• Computer Skills : Strong working knowledge of databases, Cactus experience preferred; and Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
