First California Physician Partners is actively seeking additional OB / GYN physicians to join our growing, community-based team in Palm Springs, CA ! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights

Full-time, employed position
Full-scope OB / GYN practice
Robotic surgery capabilities
Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Average daily patient census : 20–25 patients

Resources & Facilities

On-site Laborist team

On-site neonatologists

On-site hospitalist pediatricians

On-Site MFM

2 dedicated operating rooms

25 labor and delivery rooms

Level III NICU

In-office ultrasound

Clinic location in proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO degree required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN

Eligible for California medical licensure

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range : $310,000 – $450,000

Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
