L&D / Postpartum / Mother-Baby – RN\n\nAuto Offer based on Prescreen!\nNo OR license required to submit – 90-day Emergency License may be requested upon offer.\n\nUnit Structure\n\nL&D Beds : 9 | OR Suite : 1\n\nTriage Beds : 2 | Postpartum Beds : 4\n\nBirths : 850– 900 / year\n\nRatios : Follow AWHONN guidelines\n\nRequired Certifications : BLS, ACLS, STABLE\nExperience Required : Ability to circulate and / or scrub for C- sections\n\nClinical Details\n\nDrips : Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, Labetalol\n\nCommon Cases : LDRP, obstetrical emergencies, hypertension, hemorrhage, etc.\n\nCharge / House Supervisor : Both available\n\nSupport Staff : OB Techs\n\nOB / Neonatologist : Not in-house 24 / 7\n\nRT Equipment : 2 vents, 2 bubble CPAP\n\nTelemetry : Available; RNs read strips, monitor tech support if continuous monitoring\n\nEFM System : GE Centricity\n\nSchedule\n\nShifts : 12-hour AM / PM | Yearly core schedules\n\nWeekends : Every other or 1 per schedule based on seniority\n\nHolidays : Per ONA contract\n\nCall : 2× 12-hr shifts per schedule\n\nFloating : Closed unit (only if emergency)\n\nScrubs : Provided – Purple\n\nOrientation : Completed on all new staff
