Data Center HVAC Service Technician

Location : Columbus, OH

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Center HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional field support across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. This role focuses on commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and quality assurance. Candidates should have extensive HVAC experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

HVAC Service & Maintenance :

• Service, maintain, and repair a range of HVAC systems, including :
• CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units
• DX equipment up to 100 tons
• Packaged, water-cooled AC units up to 150 tons
• Water source heat pumps
• Computer room units with humidifiers and controls
• Gas and electric heating systems up to 150 tons
• Pneumatic, electronic, and modular DDC control systems
• Air handling systems including VAV systems
• Perform system start-ups, diagnose malfunctions, and conduct repairs or part replacements.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as coil cleaning, fan belt adjustments, and ductwork inspection.
• Install wiring and connect HVAC components to power sources.
